用途及特点
本机床是在本厂生产的JK3M8320型数控梯形活塞环端面磨床的基础上,充分考虑了国内活塞环制造厂的生产情况和承受能力,并结合吸取了国外最新设备优点和相关加工技术,改型设计,开发研制出来的。弥补了过去磨床布局不合理、刚性不高,导轨不耐磨、磨头轴承易磨损、下料操作不方便等不足。电气柜装有空调,确保系统正常运行。本机床夹具体可直接用自身砂轮圆周修整,为工件的磨削精度提供了可靠的保证。滚珠丝杆和导轨副全部装有润滑点，自动润滑系统提供可调节流量和间隔的润滑。

The production capacity and affordabilityof piston rings manufactures have been considered to a basis ofoptimal design.The machine has advantages of reasonable layout, high rigidity, anti-abrasive of guide wayand spindle bearings. Electric cabinet is equipped with the air conditioner which keeps themachine running stable and reliable. The toolingon the machine can be grinded by itself, so ringscan achieve high grindingaccuracy.
The sliding table’s guide and ball screw have applicable lubrication points. Automaticlubrication unit is equipped and interval and flow of lubrication be adjusted. All ofthese designsarenecessaryin orderto achieve the best performance.
