用途及特点
本机床是我公司新开发的专门用于精磨活塞环径向形面的成形磨床。采用数控系统控制砂轮自动成形修整及补偿,可磨削不同形面的油环、桶环、锥环。该机床磨头采用动静压主轴,具有很高刚性和强度,保证活塞环外圆形面能获得很好的精度和表面粗糙度。头架为伺服电机驱动,机械结构引进吸收国外磨床技术,并采用滚轮和金刚笔两套修整装置,提高加工效率。机床随机配备气动装夹台及两套工装。

The profile grinding machine, which is new development production, is used to grind theradial surface of piston rings. lt is completely controlled by CNC system with automatic wheeldressing embedded, and the wheel wear was dynamically compensated. it can grind differentsurface of rings such as barrel-shape, conical-shape and oil-slotted efficiently, The grindingwheelspindle is high stiffness and strength depended on its hydrostatic structure. So the radial surface ofrings can get good roughness and shape accuracy. The headstock is driven by the servo motor and itsstructure is original from foreign advanced technologies. Processing efficiency has been greatlyimproved through the roller and diamond pen dressing devices on this machine.The pneumaticclampingtable and two set fixtures are supplied alongwith the machine.
