用途及特点
本机适用于各种活塞环外圆、锥面环接触亮点以及桶面环的珩磨。采用液压传动以及先进的电气控制技术,运行平稳可靠,整机发热量低。
机身选用优质铸铁,滑枕采用球墨铸铁,精心刮研的导轨面保证了机器的运动精度。配有自动集中润滑装置,润滑流量和间隔均可调整。本机床分为普通机械式和双变频两种,双变频特种珩磨适用于外圆拉毛、滚花形状等特种环的加工。可选配半自动上料机构提高加工效率。

The application and feature ofthe machine
This machine is suitable for various O.D. of piston rings, taper ring witness line and barrelshape rings. lt has the good hydraulic transmission and advanced electric control technology. Themachine runs stable and reliable and low heat generation.
The machine body is made of high quality cast iron and the ram is made of ductile iron. Highprecision of the movement for the ram is depend on fine scraping of the guideway surface. Themachine is equipped with automatic centralized lubrication device, so interval and flow oflubrication be adjusted. lt has two types- double variable frequency driver control and mechanicalcontrol. Double VFD control honing machine is suitable for 0.D. roughening and overlapping. Theautomaticloadingdeviceisoptional forimprovingefficiency.
