The application and feature ofthe machine
This is the piston ring's gap grinding machine. This machine is high efficiency, high-precisionand automatic because of using Taiwan-type ring sleeve structure. it is especially suitable for the steel rings and ductile iron rings with coolant.
The processing cycles ofthe machine are controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and servo system. Therings is vertical loaded and the feed plate is designed depend on the ring's axial height andnominal diameter. The servo cylinder is used to push rings into the sleeve rapidly and smoothly.The coolant can be filtered more effectively depending on magnetic separator and back coolantpump. The rings can be aligned easily by means of improved structure. All of these designs arenecessaryin orderto achieve the best performance.
