用途及特点
该机床是本厂为活塞环镀后砂磨专门设计制造的,用于消除镀后活塞环外圆产生的毛刺和铬瘤。机床采用两顶尖夹紧结构,与原来橡胶导轮相比,加工直径范围大,工件跳动小,研磨效果好。砂磨后的活塞环不但能去除毛刺、铬瘤,而且表面光泽有很大提高,对后序加工过程减少工装模具的磨损、提高珩磨缸套的使用寿命有明显的效果。

The applicationand feature of the machine
This machine is designed for removing the chrome burrs on the O.D. of piston rings afterchrome plating. The mandrel shaft of rings is clamped by two top tips on the machine. Comparedwith the old structure of rubber guide wheels, the diameter range of the rings is wider, the runout ofmandrel shaft is less and the effect of sand blastingis better.
Not only chrome burrs can be removed after sand blasting, but also O.D. surface roughness ofrings can be improved. lt is benefit for decreasing the wear of toolings and increasing the life ofhoningsleeves atsubsequent processes.
