用途及特点
本机床系属多刀半自动专用数控铣床,主要用于活塞环油环上的油槽加工。油环上的油槽数、槽深、分布角度等均在数控系统内设定。采用气动装夹台手动装夹活塞环,随机配备两套工装减少循环时间。被加工油槽的质量及加工效率能否提高,则有赖于刀具是否保持锋利及对本机床性能、结构的了解和操作熟练程度。

The applicationand feature of the machine
This is semi-automatic CNC slotting machine with several pieces milling cutter, which is usedto process oil slots on O.D. of oil rings. The number, depth and index degree of slots can be set in NC system. The rings are clamped by the fixture on the pneumatic clamping table manually.The efficiency can be improved because two set fixtures are supplied along with the machine.
The quality of oil slot processing and the efficiency of the machine can be raised depends on whether the cutting tool keeps sharp and the understanding performance and structure.
