用途及特点
本机床是集国内同类机床之优点,重新研制开发的新一代自动高效活塞环内径倒角机床,特别适用于大缸径、球铁活塞环的内孔倒角。整机由数控系统控制,内刀杆滑台采用伺服驱动,工件转速为变频调速,速度显示在系统界面;进给速度、转速、倒角深度等加工参数在均在系统变量中设置,充分保证倒角精度及表面粗糙度。本机配备有理环机,能将加工好的环按顺序全部整理好,可实现一人多机作业,深受广大使用者青睐。

Piston ring lD. chamfering machine, which is new development production and getsadvantages from similar machines, is used to the Internal hole chamfer of large-bore and nodularcast iron piston rings. lt's a new generation of automatic and efficient machine, which iscompletely controlled by CNC system. Chamfer angles can get good roughness and shapeaccuracy because the cutter bar carriage is driven by a servo motor. The rotating ofthe ringsis control by the inverter and frequency motor, Rotating speed can be displayed on themachine control panel.
Feed rate ofthe cutter bar, rotatingspeed ofthe rings and cutting depth can be set by variablesin CNC system. The ring aligner is provided for unloading and feeding cylinder for loading, so one-man-multi-machineis feasible, which is well received by the user.
