用途及特点
本机床是一种新开发的产品,用于加工活塞环的外圆面。完全由数控系统控制,并实现自动装卸料。它能有效地车削各种表面,如圆锥形、油腔等。由于采用了数控和交流伺服驱动单元,环件的外径加工可以获得良好的粗糙度和形状精度。
机床的加工、上下料循环由程序执行。工件箱电机采用变频控制,实现无级调速。进给速度、主轴转速和切削深度可以通过系统中的变量来设定。装料机构为液压驱动,卸料由气动机械爪完成,机床具有较高的定位精度、报警显示、自诊断功能和可靠性。

Auto O.D. Turning Machine, which is new development production, is used to process O.D. ofpiston rings. lt is completely controlled by CNC system, and the rings loading and unloading isautomatic. Different surface of rings such as conical-shape and oil-slotted can be processed efficiently.The 0.D. of rings can get good roughness and shape accuracy because the machine has the numericalcontroland ACservo drive unit.
The processing, loading and unloading cycles of the machine are execute by NC programs.The headstock is speed variation because its motor is controlled by VFD, The feed rate, spindlespeed and cutting depth can be set by variables in CNC system. Loading device is driven by thehydraulic unit and unloading is driven by the pneumatic claw. The machine has the highpositioning accuracy,alarminterface,selfdiagnosticfunction and reliability.
